For the best experience:

— Download files on a computer or external hard drive

— Create a backup copy to keep your memories safe

— Avoid screenshotting or re-uploading compressed versions to preserve quality

downloading on your hard drive

For long-term storage, I highly recommend downloading everything to your own hard drive.

You can either provide your own hard drive or order a new one directly to my location, and I will download the files once my schedule allows. Service fees may vary depending on the amount of material and turnaround time.

Please make at least 2 backup copies of your files on different devices (hard drives, laptop, phone, cloud storage, etc.), as digital storage is never permanent.
